As the expert on your own processes and standards, you understand best how tasks should be executed to meet your expectations of excellence. While Platonics Associates come equipped with strong skills and relevant experience, they are meant to function as an extension of your team—adopting your systems, workflows, and preferences. Providing thorough training ensures they’re aligned with your unique way of working and can deliver results that truly reflect your standards.
Following our discovery or strategy call, where we identify your requirements for experience, skills, knowledge, and background, we will initiate our recruitment process. This includes assessments and background checks. Within five business days (depending on the number of positions to be filled), we will provide you with comprehensive biographies and introduction videos of the candidates. This allows you to participate actively in selecting who you wish to interview.
Once you have made your selection, we will proceed with onboarding the chosen candidates within three business days. The entire process, from initial consultation to the official handoff of your Associate , will be completed within two business weeks.
